Martin Beveridge Ltd are registered Master Painter in the Manawatu Area, and have been since 1973.
We specialise in Water Blasting, Spray Painting, Intumescent Coating, Water Proofing, Epoxy Flooring and Wall Coverings. We also offer property maintenance and maintenance programmes.
Our company has a strict commitment to training and health and safety, having put over 52 trainees through their apprenticeships. We have had 6 of the top apprentices in New Zealand in that time and three of them have been awarded Outward Bound Scholarships.
Martin Beveridge Ltd have 16 staff members made up of 2 administrators, 1 financial controller, 6 tradesman, 6 apprentices and 1 brush hands.
A great achievement in our company is winning the Dulux 2010 Master Painter of the Year Award at the Master Painter Awards of Excellence.

1949 – 2013
The late Martin Beveridge was the founder of Martin Beveridge Ltd. Martin and Moana moved from Wellington to Dannevirke with their 3 children, setting up the painting and decorating business in 1973.
Martin was a former President of the New Zealand Master Painters Association and life member of the Manawatu Master Painters Association.
Martin was renown for his business acumen and painting and decorating was his passion. He believed that professional training is key to achieve high standard results.
Martin was a keen sportsman enjoying cycling and triathlons being heavily involved in the Akitio Challenge in Dannevirke and participating in the Taupo Lake challenge regularly.
Moana Beveridge
Company Director
Moana is a co-founder of Martin Beveridge Ltd. Moana is the financial controller of the company and also acts in the HR capacity.
Moana, alongside of Martin opened a Resene Colorshop in Dannevirke in 1987 and run the business successfully through to September 2013.
Moana is heavily involved in the community through sporting and business groups. Always there to help Moana is involved in many volunteering groups lending her valuable advice and support.
Raymond Beveridge
Managing Director
Raymond is in charge of the everyday running of Martin Beveridge Ltd. Following his father’s footsteps Raymond is a member of the New Zealand Master Painters Association.
Raymond served his apprenticeship with Martin Beveridge Ltd, after a brief stint overseas he returned the New Zealand in 1997 and settled in Palmerston North where he married his wife Saskia and together have 2 young children.
Raymond enjoys cycling, triathlons, mountain biking and socialising with close family and friends.
